Gold Craft Jewellery specializes in unique custom design. We can either create a new special piece of jewellery or redesign an existing piece. By selecting the stones and materials of your liking, there are no limits as to what unique piece you create.

Engraving

We offer engraving services to provide that personal touch on your jewellery.

Watch Repair

Watch batteries and watch band adjustments are done in store while you wait.

Jewellery Repair

All repairs on silver, platinum, and gold jewellery are done on premises by our Master Goldsmith. We also offer gem repair and re-cutting services. Jewellery that is purchased at Gold Craft or elsewhere will be cleaned and checked for tightness and durability without an appointment. We provide estimates upon visual inspection of the item, and our repairs are typically done within a few days. You may also schedule an appointment for express service.

Appraisals

Gold Craft Jewellery provides appraisals on any new jewellery designed or purchased from our store at no additional charge. Items designed using existing customer stones or jewellery from other stores can be appraised for a small fee.

Jewellery Replacement

Gold Craft Jewellery will work with your insurance company to replace stolen, lost or damaged items.

Customized Services

In addition to all other services, our attention to detail differentiates us from the rest. We keep track of each customer’s purchases, ring sizes, and special dates. In addition, by managing purchases and maintaining a ‘wish list, you will always have the perfect gift for that special someone. When it is time for a larger diamond, we offer diamond trade-in on stones that were purchased from Gold Craft Jewellery. A layaway plan is also available for your convenience.
